PETTIT's with it's wealth of experience as a Civils, Highways and Utilities Contractor, completed a full Dig down, location and exposure of existing drainage utilities within the Coca-Cola depot.

PETTIT's gang were tasked with locating services, breaking out reinforced concrete and exposure of utilities routes for relocation.

Rebar, formwork and concrete were then installed and concrete finished for two storage bases.

This project was challenging in that the depot is a very busy hub and one of the largest delivery outlets in the south east, which had to remain fully functional.

PETTIT's with it's wealth of experience as a Civils, Highways and Utilities Contractor, installed roundabouts, kerbings, edgings and block paving as a subcontractor to Jacksons Civils to complete this element of s278 works for Kent County Council to adopt.   a full Dig down, location and exposure of existing drainage utilities within the Coca-Cola depot.

PETTIT's were Contracted to complete a drainage dig down to fix fractured pipe runs into main sewer in London. Temporary Works Design was completed by Pettit's and a shaft installed for partial element of the failed drainage route.

We mobilised specialist confined spaces trained crews, with vast experience in shaft installation to carry out the extensive repair works over 3 weeks.

This Project created a number of challenges that PETTIT's overcame including working adjacent and in conjunction with ongoing gas repairs in the same road, creating restrictive site access and restricted working arrangements.

PETTIT's were contracted to complete a number of drainage amendments in the Reading area on behalf of FM Conway/Hochtief.

PETTIT's sent a specialist crew to complete remediation works to the Reading Highways network.

​

Challenges encountered included, working on busy A-roads in the area, against strict permit agreements from the local council.
